تحكم هذه الشروط والأحكام («الشروط») استخدامك لموقع أريب وخدماته. باستخدامك للموقع أو طلبك لأي خدمة، فإنك توافق على هذه الشروط.

1. الخدمات
تقدّم أريب خدمات في الذكاء الاصطناعي وعلم البيانات تشمل — على سبيل المثال لا الحصر — تطوير تطبيقات الذكاء الاصطناعي، والنمذجة التنبؤية، وأبحاث السوق والتحليل الإحصائي. أوصاف الخدمات على الموقع إرشادية، ويُحدَّد نطاق كل مشروع في عرض السعر أو الاتفاق المكتوب الخاص به.
2. عروض الأسعار والتعاقد
تظل عروض الأسعار سارية لمدة (30) يوماً ما لم يُذكر خلاف ذلك. يبدأ العمل بعد موافقتك الكتابية على العرض وسداد أي دفعة متفق عليها. تبدأ أسعار خدماتنا من 200 دولار أمريكي، وتختلف بحسب نطاق المشروع.
3. المدفوعات
تُعالَج المدفوعات بأمان عبر مزوّد الدفع Stripe. الأسعار بالدولار الأمريكي ما لم يُتّفق على غير ذلك، ولا تشمل أي ضرائب قد تُطبَّق. قد نطلب دفعة مقدّمة قبل بدء العمل.
4. المخرجات والمواعيد
المواعيد المذكورة تقديرية. يعتمد التسليم في الوقت المناسب على تعاونك وتزويدنا بالبيانات والمعلومات والصلاحيات اللازمة في حينها.
5. الملكية الفكرية
تنتقل ملكية المخرجات النهائية المخصّصة إليك عند سداد كامل المبلغ. تحتفظ أريب بملكية أدواتها ومكتباتها ومعرفتها الفنية السابقة والعامة. يجوز لنا عرض العمل ضمن أعمالنا ما لم نتّفق كتابةً على السرية.
6. السرية
نتعامل مع معلوماتك وبياناتك بسرّية، ولا نفصح عنها لأطراف ثالثة إلا بقدر ما يلزم لتقديم الخدمة أو بموجب القانون.
7. الضمانات وإخلاء المسؤولية
نقدّم خدماتنا بمهارة وعناية معقولة. ومع ذلك، تُقدَّم أنظمة الذكاء الاصطناعي والنماذج «كما هي»؛ فهي احتمالية بطبيعتها وقد تُنتج أخطاءً، ولا نضمن نتائج محدّدة أو دقة مطلقة. تقع على عاتقك مسؤولية مراجعة المخرجات قبل الاعتماد عليها.
8. حدود المسؤولية
إلى أقصى حدّ يسمح به القانون، لا تتحمّل أريب مسؤولية أي أضرار غير مباشرة أو تبعية، ولا تتجاوز مسؤوليتها الإجمالية قيمة المبلغ المدفوع مقابل الخدمة المعنية.
9. مسؤولياتك
تقرّ بأنك تملك الحقوق اللازمة في أي بيانات أو محتوى تزوّدنا به، وأن استخدامه مشروع ولا ينتهك حقوق الغير أو القوانين المعمول بها.
10. الإنهاء
يجوز لأيٍّ من الطرفين إنهاء التعاقد بإشعار كتابي. وفي حال الإنهاء، تُسدَّد قيمة العمل المنجز حتى تاريخه. تُطبَّق سياسة الاسترداد المنشورة على الموقع.
11. القانون الحاكم
تخضع هذه الشروط لقوانين هولندا، وتختصّ محاكمها بالنظر في أي نزاع ينشأ عنها.
12. تعديل الشروط
قد نحدّث هذه الشروط من وقت لآخر، ويسري التحديث فور نشره على هذه الصفحة.

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your use of the Arib website and services. By using the site or requesting any service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services
Arib provides AI and data-science services including, without limitation, AI application development, predictive modeling, market research and statistical analysis. Service descriptions on the site are illustrative; the scope of each project is defined in its specific quote or written agreement.
2. Quotes & Engagement
Quotes remain valid for thirty (30) days unless stated otherwise. Work begins after your written acceptance of the quote and payment of any agreed deposit. Our services start from USD 200 and vary by project scope.
3. Payments
Payments are processed securely via our payment provider, Stripe. Prices are in US Dollars unless otherwise agreed and exclude any applicable taxes. We may require an upfront deposit before work begins.
4. Deliverables & Timelines
Stated timelines are estimates. Timely delivery depends on your cooperation and on providing the necessary data, information and permissions in good time.
5. Intellectual Property
Ownership of the final custom deliverables transfers to you upon full payment. Arib retains ownership of its pre-existing and general tools, libraries and know-how. We may feature the work in our portfolio unless confidentiality is agreed in writing.
6. Confidentiality
We treat your information and data as confidential and do not disclose it to third parties except as necessary to deliver the service or as required by law.
7. Warranties & Disclaimer
We provide our services with reasonable skill and care. However, AI systems and models are provided "as is"; they are probabilistic by nature, may produce errors, and we do not guarantee specific outcomes or absolute accuracy. You are responsible for reviewing deliverables before relying on them.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Arib is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages, and its total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the service in question.
9. Your Responsibilities
You confirm that you hold the necessary rights to any data or content you provide, and that its use is lawful and does not infringe the rights of others or applicable laws.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate the engagement by written notice. On termination, work performed up to that date is payable. The refund policy published on the site applies.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, and its courts have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time; updates take effect once published on this page.
