سياسة الاسترداد والإلغاء
نحرص على رضاك. توضّح هذه السياسة شروط الإلغاء واسترداد المبالغ المدفوعة مقابل خدماتنا. ولأن معظم أعمالنا خدمات مخصّصة تُنفَّذ خصّيصاً لك، تنطبق الشروط التالية:
1. قبل بدء العمل
إذا ألغيت مشروعك قبل أن نبدأ العمل فعلياً، تُستردّ الدفعة المقدّمة بالكامل، باستثناء أي رسوم معالجة دفع غير قابلة للاسترداد.
2. بعد بدء العمل
بعد بدء العمل، تُحتسب قيمة العمل المنجز والوقت المستغرق حتى تاريخ الإلغاء. ويُستردّ ما تبقّى من المبلغ المدفوع بعد خصم تلك القيمة.
3. المخرجات الرقمية المسلّمة
بمجرد تسليم المخرجات النهائية (مثل النماذج أو التطبيقات أو التقارير)، تُعدّ الخدمة منجزة ولا تكون قابلة للاسترداد.
4. الباقات الجاهزة
بالنسبة للباقات ذات السعر الثابت، يمكنك طلب الاسترداد الكامل خلال (14) يوماً من الشراء ما دام العمل لم يبدأ بعد.
5. الخدمات المتكرّرة
يمكن إلغاء الاشتراكات أو خدمات الاحتفاظ الشهرية بإشعار قبل دورة الفوترة التالية؛ ولا تُستردّ المبالغ عن الفترات المنقضية.
6. كيفية طلب الاسترداد
لطلب إلغاء أو استرداد، راسلنا على info@arib-ai.com مع رقم طلبك. نردّ عادةً خلال يومَي عمل، وتُعاد المبالغ المعتمدة عبر طريقة الدفع نفسها (Stripe).
هذه السياسة لا تنتقص من أي حقوق إلزامية قد تكفلها لك القوانين المعمول بها في هولندا والاتحاد الأوروبي.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
Your satisfaction matters to us. This policy explains the terms for cancelling and refunding amounts paid for our services. Because most of our work is custom services produced specifically for you, the following terms apply:
1. Before Work Begins
If you cancel your project before we have actually started work, your deposit is fully refunded, except for any non-refundable payment-processing fees.
2. After Work Begins
Once work has started, the value of the work completed and time spent up to the cancellation date is calculated. Any remaining balance of the amount paid is refunded after deducting that value.
3. Delivered Digital Deliverables
Once final deliverables (such as models, applications or reports) have been delivered, the service is considered complete and is non-refundable.
4. Ready-Made Packages
For fixed-price packages, you may request a full refund within fourteen (14) days of purchase, as long as work has not yet begun.
5. Recurring Services
Subscriptions or monthly retainer services can be cancelled with notice before the next billing cycle; amounts for elapsed periods are not refunded.
6. How to Request a Refund
To request a cancellation or refund, email info@arib-ai.com with your order reference. We usually respond within two business days, and approved refunds are returned via the original payment method (Stripe).
This policy does not limit any mandatory rights you may have under the applicable laws of the Netherlands and the EU.
